About REKA
REKA is set in misty autumn woodlands shaped by Slavic folklore. Your home is a cottage that walks on chicken legs and carries you from place to place, and your teacher is the great witch Baba Jaga, who passes on gentle forms of witchcraft.
The cottage sits at the centre of the game: you build, decorate and customize it as you wander. Between stops you help people in nearby villages and tame the creatures that live in the forest. Emberstorm Entertainment, an indie studio, made it as a single-player adventure with RPG elements, partial controller support and Steam Cloud saves.
The tone is cozy and unhurried, built around wandering, building and helping others.
