Tape to Tape is a roguelite hockey game from Excellent Rectangle where you build a team over the course of each run. It supports single-player plus competitive and co-op multiplayer, both on a shared screen and online, and it left Early Access with version 1.0 in October 2026.

About Tape to Tape
Tape to Tape puts ice hockey inside a roguelite structure. You pick your own route through each run, with the larger goal of restoring hockey to its former glory. On the way you hire players who each bring their own traits, and the real work is finding pairings that make the roster stronger together than apart.
Abilities are collected between games, and you can swing a match by paying off the referees or visiting the Blademaster. Play solo or with friends, against each other or on the same side, on one screen or through Remote Play; a gamepad is recommended. Version 1.0 arrived on October 23, 2026, after a long stretch in Early Access, and several patches have followed, including improvements to defensive AI positioning.
